Support explained things with patience, took some effort though
The support experience felt attentive and careful, even if it did require some persistence from my side. They explained the features clearly over the phone, walking me carefully through the calling tools and database setup, which was reassuring. However, I did feel that I had to be quite proactive in asking questions and sometimes repeat myself for clarifications. It wasn’t like they rushed through or left gaps in explanations, but it definitely took time and focus to get past some of the trickier pieces of training. The effort was worthwhile because by the end, I felt more comfortable navigating the software and understanding routine updates. So, the clarity was there, but it wasn’t entirely effortless—more of a gradual process. Still, I appreciate their willingness to help and the consistent tone they used in communication.
