Support Explaination Wasn't As Clear As Expected
I expected support communications to be clear and detailed when I first reached out for help. Unfortunately, while the telephonic assistance was timely and courteous, the explanations provided didn't fully meet my expectations. Some responses felt somewhat generic and lacked the depth I was hoping for, which meant I had to ask follow-up questions more than I anticipated. It made parts of the setup and usage more confusing than they should have been. Compared to what I had hoped—clear step-by-step guidance—the support was adequate but could certainly improve in clarity and completeness. The software and training itself seem well-organized, but I anticipated more detailed verbal support to help smooth out issues at the start.
