Support experience was more repetitive than I expected
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up, especially about the kind of telephonic support offered. At first, I found some agents helpful; they listened and tried to guide me through issues with the dialer and database features. But sometimes I had to explain the same problem multiple times to different representatives, which was frustrating. The waiting time on calls wasn’t too bad, but the need to keep repeating details did wear me down. Interestingly, while the automatic updates seemed to fix some bugs, they occasionally introduced new ones that required more support calls. So, I felt the support itself was a little inconsistent in quality – sometimes very productive, sometimes needing more patience from my side. It took a couple of weeks of back-and-forth to get comfortable with the software, especially the calling tools. I was surprised by how much repetition and waiting was involved given the promises made during pre-purchase. Still, I can’t say the support was all bad because a few times they managed to resolve things quickly once all the information was on hand. Overall, it wasn’t perfect but it worked out after a bit of effort.
