Support experience was genuinely reassuring overall
The responsiveness of the WFHI support team really stood out to me throughout the entire process. Whenever I had queries or needed guidance on using the software or navigating the database, their replies were timely and helpful, which made me feel supported rather than left hanging. While I appreciated their efforts, there was occasionally a slight delay before some issues were fully resolved, which although understandable, was my only small reservation. On the whole, the clear communication and attentive assistance left me with a very positive impression.
