Support experience was a mix of swift and slow
When I first signed up, I expected the support staff to be very quick in answering calls or emails, especially since this is a paid service focused on remote workflows. Initially, their response times met those expectations; I was able to get help within minutes when I had questions about the dialer integration. However, over time, I noticed some delays. For example, during a later issue with database syncing, the responses stretched to hours rather than minutes. On the positive side, when the communication was prompt, the support team was knowledgeable and courteous, carefully explaining the features and how to troubleshoot. Yet other times, the answers felt generic and I had to follow up several times to get the issue resolved. It seemed like the consistency is not fully there and might depend on who picks up the query. Compared to other software providers I've dealt with where support is very predictable, this was a bit of a mixed bag. Overall, the support was there and functional, but lacked steady reliability in timing. This made the whole communication aspect feel sometimes frustrating, sometimes smooth, which I'd describe as an uneven experience.
