Support experience took longer than hoped
I found the support and communication from WFHI to be quite a mixed bag, mainly because the order of steps taken to resolve my issues seemed somewhat haphazard. When I first sought help over the phone, I was directed through a series of troubleshooting steps that didn't really align with the problem I was facing, and it felt like time was being spent on irrelevant solutions. Eventually, after several calls and some back and forth, the support staff identified the root cause. One thing I will give credit for is that once the actual issue was pinpointed, the assistance was reasonably effective and the advisers were courteous and patient. However, the drawn-out process made the overall time commitment longer than I expected for what should have been a straightforward fix. In terms of communication, the updates were not always timely, and I had to initiate follow-ups, which was a bit frustrating. While I appreciate the effort involved, the lack of a clear, sensible order in their approach detracted from a smoother resolution and made me question the efficiency of their support system in urgent situations.
