Maine expect kiya tha ki jab kuch galat hoga toh support jyada smoothly aur jaldi react karega, par mujhe lagta hai ki actual mein wo thoda slow tha. Pehla response time thik tha, par jab complex issue aya tab chhota delay hua, jisse frustration thodi badhi. Comparatively mujhe lagta hai ki support team ne jo hum expect karte hain generally, uss se thoda kam laga matlab ki vo perfectly match nahi kar paya meri expectations ko. Lekin communication mein jo clarity thi aur jo telephonic support diya gaya tha, usmein koi badi dikkat nahi thi; wo kaafi professional aur patient tha. Overall feeling yeh rahi ki support thoda average tha, matlab not bad but not perfect either. Mujhe lagta hai ki ye experience aise hi thoda better ho sakta tha agar reply thoda faster hota.
