Honestly I feel support se mix experience raha during setup. Kuch cheeze one-off clear ho gayi, like initial database integration, which was handled well. But phir bhi kayi recurring issues aaye jinke liye baar baar calls karna pada, especially with dialer settings. What I liked was that support was patient and always ready to listen, but mujhe laga thoda repetitive tha. Aur kabhi kabhi waiting time thoda zyada tha, jo frustrating ho sakta hai. On the plus side, automatic updates handled kaafi cheeze efficiently, and mujhe lagta hai ki ek line mein kehna chahoon toh overall support journey thoda ups and downs wala tha. Phir bhi, main samajhta hoon yeh normal part hai for such software and with thoda patience next time bhi main contact karunga jab zaroorat padegi, kyunki ye tools finally kaam karte hai, bas consistency chahiye.
