Par jab maine unse baat ki, toh har baar response thoda alag tha, kabhi faida hua, toh kabhi looping mein lag raha tha. Telephonic support se baat karne ka tareeka casual tha, jo shayad sabko suit nahi karega. Agar aapko quick and clear resolution chahiye toh shayad yeh system aapke liye best nahi hoga. Wo support agents ke busy hone ka bahana bhi milta raha, jisse frustration badh gayi. Ek baat jo theek lagi wo thi ki unka effort charged nahi tha aur samay dete the jab tak discussion chal raha tha.
