Support experience ne mujhe thoda surprise kiya
Jab mein ne first time WFHI ka software use kisya, toh soch rahi thi thoda complex hoga setup, especially training ke baad call karne ka system. Lekin unexpected ye raha ki setup mostly one-off ka hi tha, matlab once you cleared that training and initial setup, usually sab kuch smooth chalta raha. Jo bhi doubts aate rahe, support team ne patiently samjhaya and phone pe baat karke problems solve karne me madad ki. Sometimes mujhe laga ki continuous support bhi milega as workload badhega, but mostly to one-off setup pe hi kaam ho gaya. Invoice aur payment bhi time pe aaye aur system me hassle nahi tha. Thoda hesitation tha start me ki kya baar baar support call karna padega, lekin aisa toh bilkul nahi tha. So overall, mujhe laga ki yeh poora experience kaafi comfortable tha aur agar mujhe phir se kisi remote workflow ke liye istemal karna ho, toh definitely consider karungi.
