Compared to other platforms I've used, WFHI’s support felt less responsive and communication was inconsistent, jo thoda confusing tha. Jab maine telephonic assistance li, unki explanations mere liye clear nahi thi aur mujhe baar-baar repeat karna pada apni problems, which was frustrating. Onboarding process bhi predictable nahi tha, with unclear updates and no quick solutions during initial setup. Software itself had potential, par support ke bina use karna mushkil ho gaya. Due to these issues, mujhe lagta hai ki ye sab experience misleading tha, aur phir main sochti thi ki shayad mujhe doosri service hi try karni chahiye thi. Overall, it left me unsure and unhappy about continuing here.
