Support ended up more reassuring than I expected
At first, I wasn’t sure if calling the support line would be helpful — I mean, I was expecting the usual canned responses and little resolution. But as I got deeper into the training and encountered issues with the dialer compatibility, the support actually walked me through different solutions patiently. I felt more confident calling again because they didn’t just end the call without a fix. Still, their response times weren’t lightning fast, and sometimes I needed multiple calls to get full clarity. So there was good thoughtful help on one side, but on the flip side, the wait between follow-ups could be frustrating. Overall, I feel if they speed up their responsiveness just a bit, the experience would match the quality of assistance already provided.
