Unka telephonic support system pretty straight forward tha aur mujhe turant hi apne issues ke liye guide kiya gaya. Lekin kuch baar mujhe thoda basic faq section mein jyada detailed ya visually clear instructions nahi mil payi, jiski wajah se mujhe turant support use karna pada. Fir bhi overall, ye help ka process smooth tha, jahan se mujhe jo chahiye tha woh mil gaya. Training aur software updates ke baare mein bhi communication acha tha, agar thodi aur clarity hoti toh better hota. Hopefully future mein wo apne knowledge base ko expand karenge, par filhal mein bhi main us support se satisfy hoon kyunki unka quick response mujhe kaafi help karta hai.
