Support didn’t really click when things went wrong
When I encountered issues with the calling dialer frequently dropping calls, I reached out to telephonic support expecting quick resolutions. Unfortunately, their responses were quite generic and didn’t seem tailored to the technical specifics of my problem. It took multiple calls to even get acknowledgment of the issue. The automatic updates were supposed to enhance stability, but that didn’t seem reflected in my experience. While the database feature itself was fine and functioned as expected, the lack of effective support made continued use frustrating. Onboarding training covered basic use but did not prepare me for troubleshooting these problems. The sign-up and invoicing process worked smoothly, so at least that part was reliable. Overall, the moment support failed to fully understand or promptly address my concerns was when I realized this might not be the right fit for me. While the software itself has potential, the way it handled errors and communication in my case left me disappointed.
