Support didn’t match my work hours, honestly
I called their support once in the evening when I was free, hoping to resolve an issue with the dialer that was persistent. Unfortunately, the support lines were closed by that time even though I had read somewhere they offered telephonic assistance during extended hours. This really threw me off because my working hours are mostly in the afternoon and evening, so having support unavailable when I actually needed it was super frustrating. Besides that specific moment, I tried reaching out via chat and email but didn’t get consistent replies that aligned with my schedule. It felt like the help was there only during standard office hours, which are not really convenient for many remote workers. I honestly couldn’t rely on their communication fully because of this timing mismatch. The software itself needed some troubleshooting, but without timely support, I was stuck longer than I expected. The onboarding and training were okay, but when an issue comes up outside those sessions, it’s hard to get quick answers. Signing up and payment were fine, no issues there, but the support gap overshadowed everything else for me.
