Support Didn’t Match My Odd Working Hours
It was frustrating how the telephonic support wasn’t aligned with the hours I usually work. I rely on late evenings mostly, but the support team seemed to be available only during regular business hours. That mismatch caused delays in getting help, and the software issues that popped up during my active hours had to wait until I could contact them the next day. The automatic updates were quiet in the background, which was fine, though I wished they could adjust their help desk timings too. Despite that, I managed to navigate the software and dialer with the training provided, but when I hit a snag, the support gap was definitely felt. The sign-up and payment processes were smooth, with invoices arriving promptly, so at least that was hassle-free. The database feature fit neatly into my workflow, but the lack of timely communication during my hours caused me some unnecessary stress. In short, the time zone mismatch with support was the biggest drawback for me.
