Support didn’t leave me feeling confident at all
I was quite disappointed with the support experience. After several calls, I didn’t really get clear guidance or answers to my questions, which left me unsure about the software's functioning. The responses felt generic, and there was no reassurance that my issues were understood or would be resolved quickly. I expected telephonic support to be more personal and thorough, but instead it felt rushed and incomplete. By the end of it, I realized I was still in the dark about how to use some key features properly. A more confident and knowledgeable support team would have made a big difference here.
