Support did not meet expectations in trouble resolution
I expected the telephonic support to handle issues quickly and with clear communication, but the experience was often disappointing. When problems arose, responses were slow and sometimes didn’t address the main concern directly. Compared with other services I have used, the level of urgency you demonstrated felt lacking. I found myself explaining the same problem multiple times without seeing immediate progress. On the positive side, the staff was polite and tried to help, but ultimately, the resolution process was frustratingly drawn out. This shortfall in support significantly impacted how smoothly I could work with the software during tricky situations.
