Support dhundna kuch mushkil tha par mila bhi
Mujhe support team se contact karne mein thoda time laga, kyunki initial help section mein proper guidance easily available nahi thi. Kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki mere questions ke liye ready-made answers nahi the, aur mujhe thoda zyada apna effort dalna pada sahi response tak pahunchne ke liye. Lekin jab finally telephonic support mila, to experience kaafi achha tha. Support staff ne patiently meri baat suni aur mere queries ko samjha, jo ki acha laga. Documentation bhi thik thi lekin user-friendly hone mein thoda aur better ho sakti hai. Pehle thoda struggle hua but end mein support helpful rahi. Communication mein bhi kabhi delay hota tha, par samajh sakti hoon ke workload zyada hota hoga. Overall, support dhundna asaan nahi tha, par jo mila wo respectable tha, so I’d say it took some effort but worked fine in the end.
