Main directly wahi chahiye thi jo training mein bataya gaya tha, lekin support se baat karna aasaan nahi tha. Guide mein zero clarity thi ki kis number pe call karna hai aur kab phone uthate hain. Ek baar toh lag gaya ki info readily available nahi hai dashboard pe. Telephonic support ka response bhi slow tha aur jab mila, toh useful answers bhi nahi diye. Itna simple process ke liye ye expectation nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki thoda better communication set up kar sakte hain toh support zyada helpful hoga.
