Support communications suit those comfortable with tech jargon, not beginners

My experience with WFHI's telephonic support left me feeling that explanations were somewhat unclear unless you already possess a moderate level of technical knowledge. From the outset, it was evident that the team was willing to assist, which I appreciate, but the way information was conveyed often included industry-specific terms without much simplification. I found myself needing to ask several follow-up questions to fully understand a single explanation. For users who are familiar with remote workflow software and related terminology, this might not be a problem at all. However, for newcomers, this style of communication might lead to confusion or frustration, possibly making the support less effective. Despite the willingness and politeness of the support, clearer, jargon-free explanations would greatly improve the experience for a wider audience. Therefore, I would say WFHI’s telephonic assistance is better suited to users who have at least a basic technical background rather than those seeking very straightforward guidance from the start. The overall support structure shows promise but falls short on the clarity front for novices.
