Support communication was unsatisfactory
My experience with the support and communication provided was highly disappointing. Whenever I contacted the telephonic support for clarifications, the explanations given were unclear and frequently left me more confused. Important details were omitted or not sufficiently elaborated, making it hard to understand the instructions or the extent of what was being offered. I felt as though I was talking in circles, and my problems were not adequately addressed due to vague responses. Furthermore, follow-up communication was inconsistent, and I often had to repeat my issues multiple times without seeing any significant progress. This lack of clear, concise, and timely communication severely impeded my ability to fully utilize the software and training resources. In my opinion, such fundamental deficiencies in customer support detract substantially from the overall usefulness of the service. I would not recommend relying on their telephonic assistance given my experience, as it did not meet reasonable expectations for clarity and helpfulness.
