Support communication was mostly clear with minor hiccups
I found the support communication mostly clear; the labels and wording made sense for the most part, which helped avoid confusion during my daily tasks. However, there was occasional ambiguity in some of the menu items that slowed me down until I figured out what they meant. I’ve explained this before, but it’s worth noting that while the help desk was responsive, they sometimes used jargon rather than straightforward language. That made things a bit tiring when I just wanted simple clarifications quickly. On the plus side, the telephonic support was available when I needed them and probably saved me a lot of time. The software updates didn’t disrupt the workflow much, which was good. Overall, the wording was acceptable and didn’t block my work, though there’s room to improve for those new to such systems. The invoicing process was straightforward with no issues, so at least the administrative side was smooth and predictable. I’d say it works well enough — a solid four out of five but some tweaks could help clear up the little ambiguities.
