I was really hoping for clear guidance but unfortunately, the support team did not explain things clearly at all. When I reached out with my questions, the answers were confusing and often left me more uncertain. The telephonic support was slow to respond, which added to my frustration. The training materials were also difficult to follow without clearer explanation from the team. Invoicing and payment instructions were ambiguous, and I found myself calling multiple times just to understand basic steps. It honestly felt like the communication could be vastly improved with more straightforward language and quicker responses. I was looking forward to getting up to speed fast but ended up stuck because of poor support clarity. Overall, I cannot recommend their support services based on my experience; they really need to work on how clearly and promptly they communicate.
