Support communication was clearer than I expected once I got used to it
When I first started using the WFHI service, I had certain expectations about support and communication, especially concerning the telephonic assistance and the training provided. Initially, I was unsure if the terminology used in calls and documentation would be accessible, and honestly, some parts felt a bit jargon-heavy. However, after a few interactions with support and progressing through the onboarding training, there was a moment where things "Clicked" For me—I realized the software and support team’s language matched the workflow concepts taught in training. The dialer and database features were explained more plainly than I expected once the call progressed, and the automatic updates that came through seemed to follow the same understandable approach. This shift from confusion to clarity was encouraging, though it took some patience to reach. The invoicing and sign-up processes were clear from the start, with straightforward payment steps and minimal hassles, which helped offset the initial doubts I had. Telephonic support matched what I had heard about responsiveness and showed priority assistance when needed. Now, I feel comfortable with how WFHI’s communication system works, even if the beginning was a little slow to fully make sense of. It was a steady learning curve, but the way the support and software terms aligned with my expectations eventually felt natural, which boosted my confidence in using the platform.
