Support communication very frustrating, quick help was fine
I found the telephonic support quite repetitive and slow at times, making it a bit frustrating when I needed clear answers quickly. The wait time was longer than I expected, which disrupted my workflow, especially when trying to resolve software issues that came up during the calling tool setup. However, when I finally got through, the agent who assisted me was courteous and managed to clear up some confusion about the database feature. Still, the overall experience was marred by having to explain the same problem multiple times and the delays in response. This made me question how efficient their communication channels are. While one supportive call was helpful, mostly it felt like more waiting and repetition than I anticipated.
