Support communication took quite some effort daily
Using WFHI's tools day to day has been a bit of a mixed bag, especially when it comes to support and communication. Initially, the setup and onboarding seemed okay, but as the days went on, I found that the system behaved inconsistently. I sometimes struggled to get a clear answer when I faced issues with the calling tools or the dialer. Support responses were not always prompt, and sometimes I felt like I was going in circles trying to describe the problem again and again. That said, I will admit the database feature itself seems fairly reliable, so that part was a positive. However, any time things went wrong, getting them fixed felt like a slow process that required multiple calls or emails, which wasn't ideal. The priority assistance didn’t always feel very reachable on the busier days, which left me a bit frustrated. The invoicing and payment process was fine enough, with everything documented clearly and updated automatically, so that part worked without issues. Despite the support challenges, I did appreciate the training materials; they helped me work independently for the most part during routine tasks. Overall, using the tools was doable but not without some stress, mostly caused by the communication gaps and delays in getting help when needed.
