Support communication steps left me confused, but chat helped
The telephonic support was difficult to navigate because the process didn’t follow a straightforward order. Initially, I was guided to check online FAQs which didn’t address my specific software issues directly, making me feel stuck. When I finally reached an agent by phone, they offered limited help before asking me to restart the software multiple times without explaining why. This led to wasted time and frustration on my end, even though the support eventually managed to clarify the problem. The chat support, in contrast, was more accessible and responsive, allowing me to describe the issue in detail and get more precise instructions. While the steps were out of sequence and felt inefficient, I grant that the final solution from support was effective in resolving my problem. Still, the support could greatly benefit from a more logical flow so that issues are tackled faster and with less back-and-forth, especially for users not deeply familiar with the software. In general, communication overall felt disjointed even if the objective was eventually met.
