Mujhe support team ki wajah se generally achha experience mila, specially jab labels aur terms samjhaane ki baat aayi. Lekin kabhi kabhi jo wording use hoti hai, wo thodi confusing lagti hai. Jaise ki jab main kisi feature ke liye help maangti, toh kuch phrases simple nahi hote. Wahi dusri taraf, unka telephonic support bada friendly aur helpful tha. Labeling mein thoda aur clarity honi chahiye tabhi naye users ko asaani hogi. Par overall main satisfied hoon kyunki communication kaafi timely aur responsive thi. Matlab, jo achha tha wo acha tha, aur jo thoda unclear tha, use improve karna chahiye.
