Support communication — a straightforward but somewhat uneven experience
Interacting with WFHI’s telephonic support involved a mix of clear instructions and occasional confusion. When I initially contacted them about the onboarding steps, their explanations about using the database and calling tools were direct and to the point. However, when I asked about some invoice-related queries, the responses felt a bit generic and less precise. While the people I spoke to appeared knowledgeable, sometimes the communication lacked thorough detail, which left me with follow-up questions. The whole support experience felt utilitarian: functional but not engaging or proactive. Onboarding and training were mostly guided via the software, so support was an additional layer rather than a highlight. I didn’t face any issues with the automatic updates interfering with my work, which was good, and the payment system was transparent enough from the start. In summary, support communication could be described as adequate but uneven. It met basic needs without any flourish. This meant that while I managed to resolve my problems, the overall impression was more neutral than positive.
