Support clicked once I learned when to ask
At first, support felt a bit hit-or-miss with WFHI's software. I had a few calls early on where the responses were clear but I didn't get everything I needed right away, especially about the database feature and some dialer settings. It felt a bit frustrating initially because I wasn’t sure what information to provide to get the help I wanted. But over time, as I used the software daily, I understood better which questions were worth asking and when I needed assistance. After that moment, support interactions became more productive and less time-consuming. Also, the automatic updates helped fix minor bugs without calls, which reduced the need for contact. The invoicing was straightforward, and the payment process didn’t cause any significant issues on the days I completed it. So while support didn’t feel perfect at first, by learning how to communicate my problems clearly, the whole experience improved significantly and became a steady resource for maintaining the workflow.
