Support clarity was better than I expected
Honestly, I didn't anticipate having to figure out quite so much on my own with the support. I thought the telephonic assistance would guide me step-by-step but it was more like a safety net than a hand-holding process. I found myself spending time working through setup issues by trial and error, which was tiring. Still, the communication was clear and when I did reach someone, their explanations were straightforward. So while there was definite effort required from my end, the overall clarity in what I was told made things manageable even if I wished there was more initial guidance.
