Support calls matched my timing, which was really good
I generally found the telephonic support quite aligned with the hours I actually work. Initially, I was concerned whether assistance would be available when I needed it, especially because my schedule can be a bit different from typical office hours. However, when I tried to get help with some features in the dialer and the database, I found the call timings reasonably convenient. The staff were patient and did their best to explain the updates on the software and how to handle the automatic ones. During the onboarding process, the order of communication felt logical, starting from sign-up and moving into invoicing and training. Though at times there were brief waits before someone picked up, the process fit well enough around my usual working hours. What stood out most was the clarity they provided in addressing how updates would impact my use of the software, helping me plan better. Since I’m mostly working solo from home, having this kind of support window really makes a difference in my productivity. Overall, I am happy with how communication and support have been timed and managed.
