Maine socha tha support thoda zyada prompt aur samajhdar hoga, par jo help mili woh bilkul kamzor thi. Jab maine call kiya toh unhone meri problem ko samajhne se pehle hi baat band kar di thi. Mujhe laga tha training ke dauraan jo expectations bani thi, woh thodi support mein dikhegi, lekin aisa bilkul nahi hua. Dialer aur software ke issues pe jab clarification chahiye tha toh response kaafi slow tha, jo frustrating tha mere liye. Training ke baad bhi jab updates aaye toh unmein koi proper explanation nahi tha, bas system khud-bakhud update ho gaya, jisse mujhe naye features samajhne mein dikkt hui. Yeh sab mila ke main bahut disappointed thi is experience se.
