Har baar support se baat karne ke baad mujhe lagta tha ki progress slow hai aur problem waise ki waise hi bani hui hai. Telephonic support se improvement ki zyada umeed mujhe nahi rahi. Onboarding aur training ke dauraan problems aaye, par unka solution dhundhna mushkil tha. Automatic updates bhi mere software experience ko better bana nahi paaye. Payment aur invoicing process jaise kuch hissa theek tha, lekin overall experience disappoint karne wala raha.
