Support bilkul clear kahi nahi thi
Mujhe lagta hai ki jab bhi maine support team se baat ki toh explanations confusing thi. Unhone zyada acha se clear nahi kiya ki mujhe kya karna hai apni problem resolve karne ke liye. Har baar mujhe lagta ki meri baat ko sahi se nahi samjha gaya tha. Phone par guidance short aur adhura lagta tha, jiski wajah se main confused ho gayi thi. Training materials bhi thode basic the aur unka tariqa itna effective nahi tha ki main apne questions ka jawab turant paa sakoon. Overall support experience disappointing tha kyunki expected tha ki wo easily samjha jayega, lekin waisa nahi hua. Bas itna hi keh sakti hoon ki mujhe clear aur concise communication chahiye thi jo support se nahi mili.
