Mai chahi thi ke jab mai support ke liye call karungi toh mujhe saari cheeze clearly samjhai jayein, par jo mila woh expectations se kaafi door tha. Training main mushkil vocabulary use ki gayi jise samajhna thoda tricky tha aur jab support team se baat ki toh wo zyada clear nahi the. Allaaz karti thi ki mujhe simple answers milein par baar baar joh response mila woh confusing tha. Mujhe lagta tha ki chhoti simple baatein aasani se explain hongi par aisa nahi hua. Dusri companies se comparison karu toh wahan feedback zyada acha tha aur mai aksar samajh jati thi ki kya karna hai. Yeh jagah clearly communicate karne main fail rahi jaise lagta hai. Ek achcha support hona jaruri hai but unfortunately yeh experience us level ka nahi tha. Mujhe lagega ki mai aage wach cautious rahungi jab mai support ke liye contact karungi.
