Support better than before, mostly smooth
Compared to other services I’ve tried, the telephonic support here was quite helpful and much quicker. The team answered my calls promptly and the guidance was clear and to the point, which saved me a lot of time. I appreciated the patience they showed when I needed extra details about the software updates and training sessions. However, there was a slight delay in getting some complex issues resolved, which was a little disappointing but understandable given the queue. Overall, their communication was a step up from what I had experienced before, especially the consistency in follow-ups. Though not perfect, it definitely felt reliable and well-managed. The priority assistance helped during critical phases, making it easier to stay on track. I’d say it’s above average support, better than many alternatives I have dealt with.
