Support better but some delays, not quite what I expected
Compared to similar platforms I used before, I was expecting support to be quick and seamless. While WFHI’s telephonic support was definitely more personal and patient, the response time occasionally lagged behind my expectations. Sometimes, waiting for callbacks or solutions took longer than I hoped. However, the friendliness and effort to address my concerns showed more care than I found elsewhere. So while the support was softer and more attentive, the speed of issue resolution could be improved a bit. I’m happy overall but it’s a balance between warmth and promptness.
