Support Availability Was a Mixed Bag
The availability of support during my working hours had its ups and downs. On some days, I found the response times particularly sluggish, which left me in a bit of a bind when troubleshooting. However, when I was able to connect with the team, their guidance was insightful and helped me resolve my issues effectively. It became apparent that while communication could be sporadic, the quality of assistance was generally good. Finding a balance between timing and support needs was challenging but rewarding when it worked out. Overall, I appreciate their efforts but would like to see more consistent response times.
