Invoice aur payment queries ke liye bhi same slow response mila. Training sessions ache the, lekin jab problem aa gayi toh communication itni poor thi ki frustration badh gaya. Updates ke baad kuch tools mein glitches aaye jinhe report karne ke baad bhi der se address kiya gaya. Mujhe laga ki jo support promise kiya gaya tha, woh poora nahi hua. Training aur software use karne mein main akeli thi jab main genuinely help ki jarurat thi. Overall expectation se bahut neeche tha ye poora support system.
