Support Approach Might Not Suit Those Needing Constant Guidance
I tried to use WFHI's software and access their support for clarifications. Honestly, I ended up figuring out a lot myself. They provide telephonic support, but it feels quite limited unless you know what exactly to ask. For someone who prefers detailed hand-holding, this might not be the best experience. The training modules are broken down fairly well but don't always cover all practical use cases, so you still have to experiment a bit. Setting up the database feature required trial and error from my side as the instructions weren’t exhaustive. The automatic update system sometimes caused changes that weren't immediately explained, and I had to revisit the help section multiple times to understand new layout tweaks. However, the sign-up and payment process was smooth and straightforward, so that part was fine. If you are comfortable with self-directed learning and can manage with minimal ongoing assistance, this setup is doable. But if you rely heavily on prompt, detailed support to get through technical glitches, you might struggle. In my experience, I wanted more proactive communication, which I didn’t get, so the platform doesn’t suit those needing frequent, hands-on support.
