Support and communication: more work on my side
The amount of support they claimed to provide felt a bit overstated when I was going through the setup. Most of the time I was figuring things out on my own, which made the experience less straightforward than I had hoped. While the telephonic support was generally polite and the people there tried to be helpful, I often found myself looping back to documentation because the answers weren’t always direct or specific to my issues. The software’s calling tools had potential and were somewhat user-friendly, but getting them fine-tuned took trial and error rather than guided steps. What I will admit is that once I finally managed to adjust things myself, some aspects like automatic updates worked without much hassle. Still, I’m left feeling that better proactive support or more hands-on guidance during onboarding would have made a massive difference. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but I can’t suggest it wholeheartedly because I handled too much without real assistance.
