Setup ke dauran jo assistance milni chahiye thi, wo mostly one-off thi aur baad me ongoing madad ki baat karein toh wo almost non-existent rahi. Telephonic support slow tha aur kai baar meri queries ko sahi samjh bhi nahi paaye support waale log. Training bhi thoda adhura laga, jisme kuch basic cheezein clearly explain nahi ki gayi, resulting in mera kaafi time waste ho gaya tha. Billing aur payments process to theek tha, par technical issues me timely aur structured help nahi mili. Main ye support experience se kafi naraaz hoon aur main is baare me koi positive expectation nahi rakh sakta abhi.
