Support and communication: A learning curve
Reflecting back on my journey with the software from WorkFromHomeIndia, the experience was a mixed bag in terms of support and communication. Initially, it took quite some time to get everything up and running smoothly; the onboarding process wasn't as swift as I had hoped. The dialer and database features worked reasonably well but sometimes felt clunky or not very intuitive. Support took a while to respond when I reached out over the phone, which added to the wait before I could fully settle into the workflow. However, once the issues were addressed, the regular automatic updates helped fix bugs and introduced some useful improvements. The invoicing and payment process was fairly straightforward but required some self-navigation on my part. Overall, the whole process felt like a slow start but with gradual improvement, a fair balance between helpfulness and occasional frustration. Waiting for assistance was sometimes discouraging, yet I have to acknowledge that the software itself delivered on most key features and the training was adequate once I got past the initial hurdles. This whole thing felt like a gentle uphill climb.
