Support achha tha, but next time doubt hai
Yaar, main support ke liye call karne mein thoda struggle kar rahi thi. Jab main help mangi, toh response time itna acha nahi tha jitna expect kar rahi thi. Lekin jo banda dikkat samajh ke baat kar raha tha, woh toh theek tha, unhone thoda patiently sunne ki koshish ki. Mujhe laga ki agar next time bhi problem aayi toh shayad wohi help mil jayegi, par overall mujhe lagta hai ki thoda aur quick response hona chahiye tha. Onboarding process thoda confusing bhi laga, isliye maine thoda time zyada laga diya. Calling tools sahi chal rahe the, par dialer kabhi kabhi hang karta tha, jo frustration badha deta tha. Database feature kaafi usefull laga, thoda system update hone mein time lagta hai, par automatic update ke baad mujhe jyada changes samajh nahi aaye. Payment process straight forward raha, lekin invoicing mein thoda late hua. Jab support team ko phone kiya toh unhone shyad mujhe thoda late reply diya, jo mujhe acceptable nahi laga. Agar mujhe fir se help leni pade toh sach bolu toh main hesitate karungi, kyunki pehli baar experience itna acha nahi tha. Hopefully future mein support better hoga, warna main dusre options bhi explore kar sakti hoon. Overall thoda disappointed feel kar rahi thi, chahti thi ki technical help jaldi mile aur smooth ho.
