Suits those patient with labels, not the ones wanting instant clarity
Speaking honestly, the wording and labels within the WFHI software are decent but not always intuitive. It feels like the creators assumed users came with a certain background, and that makes it less straightforward than ideal. For example, the dialer controls and database fields sometimes require a second glance because the terms don’t always line up with what I expected from my prior experience. It’s workable if you’re willing to spend time learning the system and are patient enough to get accustomed to how things are named. However, if you want something crystal clear from the beginning without extra guesswork, this might not be the best fit. The software and sign-up process work fine, but the wording barrier made me cautious about investing time without support. Ultimately, it suits users comfortable with a bit of trial and error, but can frustrate those looking for instant clarity in every label and button.
