Suited only for those with lots of ongoing support needs
I started using the WFHI software hoping to get my remote workflows going quickly, but the setup process felt disorganized. Most of the initial setup was a one-off, but after that, I expected smoother ongoing usage with minimal intervention. Unfortunately, the support I got was inconsistent and delayed, leaving me stuck at several stages. The communication didn't improve once the software was running, and I was often confused about what steps I needed to take next. For someone looking for a straightforward, easy-to-follow onboarding with clear continuous guidance, this software may not be suitable. It seemed more like a system that required frequent, ongoing troubleshooting rather than a stable setup. I wanted something with a more predictable and smooth communication flow, but that did not happen here. The call support took a long time to connect, and information from the team was often unclear or incomplete, so it didn't meet my expectations at all.
