Suitable only if you don’t mind daily ups and downs in the training
After the initial onboarding, the day-to-day experience with training was less than consistent for me. The software itself had some helpful features but tended to behave unpredictably, which was frustrating over multiple days. For example, the dialer would sometimes glitch, causing delays in calling, and the database felt slow to update during peak hours. This made the workflow choppy rather than smooth. I found that if you prefer steady, interruption-free training sessions, this might not suit you. On the other hand, the automatic updates meant the tools were improving regularly, which is a positive, even though it sometimes introduced new bugs temporarily. The telephonic support was patient and tried to assist, but they couldn’t always resolve issues quickly. I don’t think the program fully supports users who need a seamless and reliable experience for daily remote work training. For those who can tolerate occasional bugs and want a product that is evolving, it might work. Personally, the ups and downs made it harder for me to stay on track consistently and affected my confidence in the system’s day-to-day use.
