Suitable if you prefer straightforward billing people
The billing and payment process here is decent if you like direct communication. When I had a few questions about my invoice, the support team responded within a reasonable timeframe. The answers I got were clear and to the point, which helped me understand the charges better. However, I did find the overall invoicing system a bit old-fashioned compared to other platforms. The invoices arrived on schedule and were easy to download, so I had no trouble tracking my payments. Still, I noticed that some payment methods I expected to be available were not offered, which might be a downside for certain users. The sign-up and set-up of payment details was functional but not very polished. So for someone who values straightforward responses and a no-frills approach to billing, this could be fine. But if you want a more modern or flexible payment system with lots of options, it might not suit your preferences as well. Overall, it was acceptable and did what I needed without problems, just nothing exceptional.
